WINE AND FOOD MATCHING COURSE

Our wine and food matching course does not want to impose a series of rules or scientific methods for the definition of wine and food pairing, but it simply wants to suggest a PRACTICAL method
We will test and verify in person the taste sensations that each gastronomic preparation is able to offer to us and we will try to match the best wine for enhancing this “gastronomic-wedding”.
The sole “PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE” will help us find the best food and wine pairing.
A lunch, a dinner or simply a convivial moment will be better appreciated when choosing the right wine or when avoiding those wines that cannot pair with some kind of dishes.
Each meeting lasts about 2 hours and includes both theory and themed tasting with at least 4 wines that will be matched with 4 gastronomic dishes.
