This course intends to give a short knowledge of both tasting and food&wine pairing.

The curiosity will help us go into these arguments thoroughly.

We will learn the main techniques of tasting, the principal aspects of food and wine pairing so as well as the principal rules of vinification, exactly where “THE WINE IS GENERATED.”

An entire day spent drinking good and discovering this world….
